About Remraam
Remraam is a gated Dubailand community developed by Dubai Properties, with construction starting in 2007 and the first phase, Al Thamam, handed over in 2013.
It is made up of low-rise apartment buildings in two clusters, Al Thamam and Al Ramth, with around 20 pocket parks and many building podiums with play and barbecue areas.
The community has direct access to Emirates Road and Hessa Street, near Motor City and Al Maktoum International Airport.
