Its clusters are named after Mediterranean places, including Santorini, Venice, Costa Brava, Malta, Andalusia, Morocco, Nice and Portofino, and apartments are grouped in Lagoon Views.
Clusters such as Santorini, Venice and Costa Brava are already occupied, while others are still being handed over.
The community is reached from Hessa Street and the Al Qudra Road / Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road network.
