Vehicle and battery information on this website is general guidance. Battery requirements vary by engine, equipment, market and production date. Final compatibility is confirmed against your vehicle before any battery is fitted. Where we have not verified a specification, we say so rather than guess.

Requests and visits

• Arrival estimates depend on location, traffic and technician availability. They are estimates, not guarantees.
• Prices and any applicable charges are confirmed with you before a technician is dispatched or work begins.
• You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the vehicle and permission to work on it.
• We may decline or pause work where conditions are unsafe, such as on a live carriageway.

Testing before replacement

We test before replacing. If a battery is not the cause of a problem, we will tell you. Diagnosis beyond battery and charging checks may require a workshop.

Batteries and warranties

Any warranty on a battery is the one stated for that product at the time of sale. We will explain it before fitting.
