Which areas do you cover?
We regularly cover most of Dubai, from Dubai Marina and JLT to Mirdif, Silicon Oasis and the villa communities along Al Qudra and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Some outlying areas are covered on request. Search the Areas page or message us.
How do I request a battery replacement?
Message us on WhatsApp or call with your vehicle details, location and what the car is doing. A photo of the current battery label helps us match the battery before we set off.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on your location, traffic and technician availability. We give you an honest estimate when you contact us rather than a fixed promise.
Do I need to be present?
Someone needs to provide access to the car and the keys. Many customers leave keys with building security or reception.
Batteries and compatibility
How do you know which battery my car needs?
We check the vehicle’s required technology, size, terminal layout and ratings, using your vehicle details and the battery currently fitted. Final compatibility is confirmed at the vehicle before fitting.
Can I choose a cheaper battery?
You can choose between suitable options. We will not fit a battery of the wrong technology — for example, a conventional battery in a car designed for AGM.
What is battery registration?
On many European vehicles, the car must be told a new battery has been fitted so it charges correctly. We do this on site with diagnostic equipment where the vehicle needs it.
Do you take the old battery?
Yes. Lead-acid batteries are recyclable, and we take the old unit away for recycling.
Testing and diagnosis
Will you replace the battery if it is fine?
No. We test first. If the battery is healthy we explain what the readings suggest instead.
Can you check the alternator?
We check charging-system output at the battery. A detailed alternator diagnosis, if needed, is a workshop job.
Do you service hybrids and electric cars?
We handle 12V batteries in many hybrids. For electric vehicles, it depends on the low-voltage battery type; lithium-ion units are generally manufacturer-serviced. We confirm before booking.
