What we collect
- When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp: the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, vehicle details, location and photos of your vehicle or battery.
- When you browse: if analytics is enabled, aggregated usage data such as pages visited and which buttons were used (for example, that a WhatsApp button was clicked). We do not send names, phone numbers or message contents to analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, match a battery to your vehicle and arrange a visit.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
WhatsApp links open a chat with a pre-filled message containing only the context you selected (for example, your vehicle make and model or an area name). Messages you send are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with technicians handling your request, service providers who help us operate (such as analytics, if enabled), or where required by law.
Retention
We keep service records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
