Tilal Al Ghaf is a master-planned community by Majid Al Futtaim, launched in 2018 and being built in phases. It was the group's first major residential community.
It is centred on Lagoon Al Ghaf and Hive Park, with sub-communities such as Harmony, Aura, Elan, Serenity, Elysian and Alaya made up of townhouses, villas and mansions.
The community sits at the junction of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, near Dubai Sports City and Arabian Ranches.
