About DAMAC Hills
DAMAC Hills, originally launched as Akoya by DAMAC, is a large master-planned community in Dubailand built around the Trump International Golf Club.
It contains thousands of villas and townhouses as well as apartment buildings, spread across more than 25 sub-communities.
Sub-communities include Golf Panorama, Golf Vista, Loreto, Veneto, Bellavista, Orchid, Carson, Rockwood, The Park Villas and the gated Trump Estates.
It is a separate community from DAMAC Hills 2, which lies further south-east, and faces DAMAC Lagoons across Hessa Street.
What wears batteries here
Cars here face long commutes along Al Qudra Road and the E311, and villa cars stand in strong sun on open driveways, which together wear out batteries quickly.
Where cars are parked in DAMAC Hills
The parking type shapes how a battery visit is planned. These are the situations we usually meet here.
- Villa driveway
- Ideal working space when the bonnet can open fully.
- Basement parking
- Level and bay number needed; technician may arrive on foot with a trolley.
- Podium deck
- Usually accessible via the building car-park ramp.
- Gated entry
- Register the technician with security in advance.
Practical notes for DAMAC Hills
- Give the sub-community and villa number, or the building name and bay; DAMAC Hills has both villa clusters and towers with similar names.
- Make sure you are in DAMAC Hills, not DAMAC Hills 2; both were once branded Akoya, and they are a long drive apart.
- Let community or building security know a technician is coming; Trump Estates in particular has its own controlled gate.
- If the car is in a tower basement, tell us the level and which entrance to use.

Yes. They are separate communities some distance apart. Please send a location pin so the technician goes to the right one.
Can you come to a villa in Trump Estates?
Yes, once gate security approves the visit. Let them know in advance and give us the villa number.
My car is in the basement of a DAMAC Hills apartment building. What do you need?
The building name, level and bay number, and the car-park entrance if there is more than one.
