About Ramhan Island
Ramhan Island is an Eagle Hills residential development of waterfront villas lying between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island off the Abu Dhabi coast.
Villas are being sold in phases, with listed delivery dates running into 2027 and 2028, and Hassan Allam Construction has been awarded construction of phases 2 and 4.
A bridge to connect the island to the mainland is under construction; until it opens, access has been described as by boat.
