About Al Zeina
Al Zeina is a precinct of Aldar's Al Raha Beach, planned as the development's 'garden city' and handed over by Aldar from around 2011.
It consists of mid-rise apartment buildings identified by letter, with sky villas and three- and four-bedroom townhouses integrated into the blocks.
Residents have a private beach, and the precinct includes Burjeel Medical Centre Al Zeina; it is the most popular rental precinct in Al Raha Beach.
It lies at the eastern end of Al Raha Beach, close to the Yas Island interchange on the E10.
