About Jubail Island
Jubail Island is a residential island developed by Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC), located between Saadiyat and Yas islands and known for its mangroves.
The community is organised into six villages — Marfaa Al Jubail, Nad Al Dhabi, Seef Al Jubail, Souk Al Jubail, Ain Al Maha and Bada Al Jubail — mainly of villas.
The first homes, in Nad Al Dhabi, were handed over in April 2024, and more than 1,000 homes had been delivered by April 2026.
Jubail Mangrove Park is on the island, linked to the residential villages by the internal road network.
