About Liwan
Liwan is a freehold Dubailand development launched by Dubai Holding in 2006, covering roughly 13 million sq ft on the eastern side of Dubailand.
Most homes are apartments in Queue Point, a mid-rise complex of numbered Mazaya buildings developed by Al Mazaya Holding and completed around 2014, with a smaller number of villas elsewhere in the area.
It sits at the junction of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the Dubai–Al Ain Road, with Dubai Silicon Oasis to the east and Falcon City of Wonders to the south.

Is Liwan the same as Dubai Silicon Oasis?
No. Liwan is a separate Dubailand community on the west side of the Al Ain Road junction, next to DSO. Send a pin so the technician does not go to the wrong side of the highway.
