About Living Legends
Living Legends is a gated residential community in Dubailand developed by the Saudi company Tanmiyat; launched in 2006, it was delayed by the financial crisis and the first phase of villas was handed over in 2016.
Around 500 villas of four to six bedrooms, in types A to D, are set around a nine-hole golf course designed by Peter Harradine, with apartment buildings forming a separate part of the community.
The community lies in Wadi Al Safa 3 near Majan, Al Barari and City of Arabia, close to Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure.

Larger family cars here often sit in hot garages or on open driveways for long stretches, and the drive into the city is mostly highway, so standing time and heat do more harm than the commute.

Yes, if there is space to open the bonnet and work beside the engine bay. Otherwise the car can be pushed or driven out onto the driveway.
