About Al Quoz 2
Al Quoz 2 was officially renamed Ghadeer Al Tair on 12 January 2024; it is a former landfill site south of Al Khail Road, towards Meydan.
It is the only Al Quoz subdivision outside the main rectangle between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, and had a recorded population of about 6,100 in 2024.
It is mainly residential, with some residential plots, and borders Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
Al Quoz Pond Park, with its artificial pond, is located here.
