About The Meadows
The Meadows is an Emaar villa community within Emirates Living, with more than 1,800 villas and no apartment buildings.
It is split into nine sub-communities, Meadows 1 to 9, with villas of three to seven bedrooms. Several sub-communities have their own lake or community centre.
Emaar provides community maintenance and security. Day-to-day shops and services are at the Meadows Town Centre and Meadows Village.
The Meadows sits between The Springs, The Lakes and Emirates Hills, with links to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
