About Hudayriyat Island
Hudayriyat Island is a waterfront island off Al Bateen being developed by Modon as a mix of sports, leisure and residential communities.
Leisure destinations include the Marsana promenade, Surf Abu Dhabi, Velodrome Abu Dhabi, Circuit X adventure parks, 321Sports and an extensive cycling network.
Residential communities include Nawayef (townhouses, apartments, villas and mansions on elevated terrain), Al Naseem villas, Bashayer and the Wadeem plots community.
Entry to the island is free, with free parking in designated zones near Marsana and the main beaches.
