About Dubai Design District (d3)
Dubai Design District (d3) is a TECOM Group free zone for design, fashion and creative businesses, established in 2013.
Its first phase of office buildings was completed in the mid-2010s, and residential projects such as Atelis, The Edit at d3 and Design Quarter have followed.
It lies beside Dubai Creek, next to Business Bay and behind Downtown Dubai, near Al Khail Road.
The district hosts Dubai Design Week each November.
