Arabian Ranches 2 is a later Emaar villa and townhouse community, separate from the original Arabian Ranches, with more than 1,700 homes.
It has eight villa sub-communities (Casa, Lila, Palma, Rasha, Rosa, Yasmin, Samara and Azalea) and two townhouse sub-communities, Reem and Camelia.
Rasha, Rosa and Yasmin have larger villas, while Azalea, Casa, Lila, Palma and Samara have smaller three- to five-bedroom homes.
The community's shopping centre is The Ranches Souk on Al Qudra Road, and it lies close to the original Arabian Ranches, the polo club and the golf course.
