Al Twar is a predominantly residential locality on the Deira side of Dubai, divided into Al Twar 1 to 5, with mostly large villas, many of four or five bedrooms, and some apartments.
It sits between Al Qusais to the north, Muhaisnah to the east and Hor Al Anz to the west, with Dubai International Airport to the south.
Al Twar 2 lies close to the Dubai–Sharjah border and is bounded by Damascus Street (D64), Beirut Street, Al Nahda Street (D93) and Al Quds Street (D91).
Al Twar 4 was previously known as Al Qusais 3, which still causes some confusion in older addresses.
