About Al Ghadeer
Al Ghadeer is an Aldar master-planned community within the Seih Al Sdeirah area on the Abu Dhabi side of the border with Dubai, with its masterplan launched in 2018.
It was planned for more than 14,000 villas, townhouses and maisonettes to be delivered over about 15 years; Phase 1 is complete and later phases, including Al Ghadeer Gardens, have followed.
It is about 15 minutes' drive from the Expo City Dubai site and about 20 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport.
