On the WK2 generation, the battery sits under the front passenger seat — with jump points under the bonnet.
Pick the model year to see its generation. It narrows things down — it doesn’t settle the exact battery on its own.
Choose a year to see which generation it belongs to and what that means for the battery.
“Confirmed at inspection” = varies by engine, trim or market, or not yet verified

We don’t publish battery specifications we haven’t verified. Different engines and equipment can require different batteries, so the exact match is confirmed against your vehicle and the battery currently fitted.
These symptoms can also come from charging faults, parasitic drain, cables or the starter. A battery and charging test tells them apart.
Generation, engine and the fitted battery label are checked against the replacement.
A memory saver is connected where practical.
Trim or floor panels are removed carefully; jump points under the bonnet are not the battery itself.
Negative first off, last on. Terminals cleaned, hold-down tightened, vent tube refitted where present.
Window auto-up or similar functions are re-initialised if needed.
Starting and charging voltages are verified before we leave.
Technologies recorded for this model’s generations. The right one for your car depends on its exact specification.
Flooded lead-acid (SLI)
Not suitable where the manufacturer specifies EFB or AGM. Upgrading a conventional application to EFB or AGM is often possible but should be confirmed for the specific vehicle.
About Conventional →Absorbent Glass Mat
A vehicle designed for AGM should be fitted with AGM. A flooded or EFB battery in its place is likely to wear out quickly and may trigger charging-system faults.
About AGM →It depends on the generation, engine and equipment. Use the year selector above to narrow down the generation, then send us your vehicle details and a photo of the current battery label — we confirm the exact match before fitting.

Send the year and a photo of the current battery. We confirm the match for your Grand Cherokee and fit it where you park.
